Nation Builders International Department for Youth Affairs is the youth wing or organ of Nation Builders International aimed at bringing youths out of their indiscipline and irresponsibility into self discipline, sanity, resourcefulness and responsibility. With this great objective, the NBI Department for Youth Affairs carries out speech making in different school assemblies, club activities in different institutions, radio programs in different radio stations and article writing on diverse topics of strategic importance for the sound and balanced development of youths towards making positive contribution in their generation.
NBI Department for Youth Affairs believes and works towards making meaning out of youthfulness, for the making of meaning out of our world.
Nation Builders International Department for Youth Affairs has within it, youths with hearts that bleeds to bless the world with their own independent publications. We believe in the reformation and transformation of deformed humans and societies through the impartation of quality information.
We believe in the regeneration of degenerated generations and so, we focus on quality education for the youths through radio programs, seminars, publications, etc.

STRATEGY FOR YOUTH DEVELOPMENT
As arrows in the hands of a mighty man, so are youths in a nation's life. They form the dynamic population of a nation. It is unfortunate that, in most nations, this world of potential is being abused as most youths spend their time in drunkenness, gambling, prostitution, drug addiction and riotous living.
When youth's empowerment is given the necessary attention, it can provide a nation with the best of experts needed by a nation in all her areas of strategic importance. When this is not done, a nation risks a future of high criminality, with prison houses filling up with the nation's youths, who could have become nation builders; thereby undermining their contribution in nation building.
In most communities today, youths constitute a nuisance and a threat to development. For instance, in the Delta and Bayelsa States of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, youths have most of the time constituted a threat to community development experts. Violence and crimes of all sorts propagated by these youths have turned these states into havens of constant harassment and civil upheavals.
Thus, in the quest for national edification, youth's development must be a priority. When this is not achieved, whatsoever is established can be brought down in one day by the youths.
Youth's empowerment can be achieved through education and recreational programs. NBI youth department has as vision, the establishment of several youth educative centers for reformation and transformation, having several recreational services in them.
