Specialist on Strategic Management of Technological Innovation from UNICAMP, University of the State of Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil. Responsible to coordinate the project to implement the Innovation Management System at Instituto Nokia de Tecnologia (INdT), private Brazilian R&D Institute in Manaus/Brazil sponsored by Nokia, by levelling the knowledge about innovation of all employees, introducing the innovation culture, mapping the process with all involved area, including innovation as an strategic item to leverage the capacity to compete in the research and development scenario, aiming to INdT be recognized as an innovative institute worldwide.
Close connection to ENoll (European Network on Living Labs) due research on the Living Labs methodology, namely with participation at CKIR Workshop in Helsinki, being actively involved on the plan to the Workshop of Living Labs in Manaus/Amazon/Brazil, in the EEUU/Brazil Conference of Open Innovation and Living Labs. One of the coordinators of the event Innovation Workshop in Amazon, InovAmazonas 2009, promoted by the Secretary of Science and Technology of the Amazon State, included a panel about Innovation and Living Labs.
She has been developing experience on Innovation Management through several trainings; by
participating in national and international conferences as CKIR/Helsinki School of Economics, ANPEI, ABIPTI, FDC, MBC, HSM Management conferences and submitting research paper to the international conference ISPIM; and also she co-coordinated Specialization Course in company about Strategic Management of Technological Innovation from UNICAMP.
She is mother of 3 kids, Victor, Thiago and Andréa. She is professor at the Sunday Bible School and member of the Worship Group.
