The world deserves better results than what we are currently having in all fields; the need for new insight and direction to move the world forward in all areas of strategic importance can’t be overemphasized. This is the core understanding which inspired the birth of the 100 years global leadership conference program, launched in Yaoundé Cameroon 15th-21st of November 2010 with delegates from around the world.
We can move forward from where we are in all areas of strategic importance. The 21st century can usher in a new era of positive evolution and revolution in the way we do just everything. The largest room in the world is called improvement; when we fail to improve, we attract reproofs and reproaches.
Some old schools of thought hold the assertion that, what has been will be. To them, history is the standard for the present and there is very little to change because to them, all is already in place and we have to always return to history to discover perfection. On the other hand, visionaries hold a complete different view, to them; the state of humanity and the world at large is to be improved by each generation. They believe that, what is in place is just a raw material for the future. The advancement of mankind in every generation in all fields is indebted to visionaries who see, think, imagine and plan ahead.
